Not completely satisfied with your purchase? If your return meets the conditions below, we’ll refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Return Conditions
Your return must be requested by email within the statutory 14-day period and returned to J’adore Amsterdam.
Items must be returned in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, stained or otherwise show signs of use.
Please carefully pack your return, preferably using the original shipping packaging, to prevent damage during transit.
All returns must be sent via PostNL with a Track & Trace code.
How to Return Your Order
- Email us at info@jadorevintage.nl with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Carefully pack the item(s) to ensure they are protected during transit. Send to: J'adore Amsterdam, Haarlemmerdijk 57-H 1013KB Amsterdam.
- Send your return via PostNL using a Track & Trace code. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they meet the return conditions above.
- Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
